Absolutely! If you're not satisfied, I'm committed to immediate customer service. I discuss fair resolutions, including adjustments to renderings. My goal is 100% customer satisfaction to establish lasting relationships and recommendations.
To commence a project, I request a 50% deposit via credit card. Upon project completion, the remaining 50% is due. Non-responsive clients may have the balance charged. I offer transparency, sometimes watermarking images for approval before final payment.
My pricing includes two versions of your rendering, accommodating changes after the first submission. Additional revisions, if needed, may incur extra charges based on the complexity. Having final designs chosen before rendering helps create accurate 2nd versions.
Standard renderings suit prints up to 8.5" x 11". Large format renderings may incur extra charges, considering the hours invested. I'll guide you through size selection at the project's start, and you're responsible for local printing, minimizing shipping costs.
